This recipe (Apple juice) is light and delicious but is also a cleansing powerhouse. This is a great breakfast juice to get your day started especially for busy entrepreneurs.

  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Lemon
  • A handful of Mint leaves
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Cucumber

If using a juicer, process the apples and mint in a juicer first, then the lemon and orange, followed by the cucumber

If using a blender, simply add all the ingredients but be sure to peel the lemon and orange first and puree until smooth then sieve.
