Governor Rauf Aregbesola charges corp members to identify, integrate and collaborate the aspirations of their host communities.

Governor Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola narrates this at the closing ceremony of the 2018 Batch ‘A’ Orientation Course at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp Ede.

Rauf Aregbesola who was represented by the Honourable Commissioner for Youth Empowerment and Engagement, Mrs Mofolake Adegboyega described the occasion as a memorable gathering that will stick to their memories for a lifetime.

The Governor said; “You should look back at all the activities you were engaged in. The lessons and the skill you have acquired over the last one year and how to use them for the improvement of the society as you move into the next stage of national service.”

In his word, Rauf Aregbesola said during the closing ceremony of the 2018 Batch A in Ede camp. He said he believed the Batch A 2018 corps members are well equipped with the necessary quality to serve the nation.

He continued; “I have no doubt in my mind that the citizenship and leadership training must have equipped you adequately for the task ahead.”

In her word, the commissioner for Youth Empowerment Mrs Adegboyega who represented the Osun state governor. She charged the corps members to make use of the knowledge gathered during the orientation. She urged them to remember the teamwork each of them has learnt from their different platoons.

“I was made to understand that some of you were involved in the general administration of the camp by participating in various committees. Also, you were engaged in teamwork within your platoons. I believe you must have learnt some lessons in that regard.” She concluded.
