The Power of Great Dreams
The beauty of a dream is to be dreamed in a great way and be transformed into organized action. The world is demanding new ideas, new leaders, new inventions and a new method of doing things. Back of all this demanding one must be willing to be a great dreamer. To know what you want and have the burning desire to possess it.
We who are great dreamer should remember the real leaders of the world always have been men who harnessed and put into raw use, the intangible, unseen forces of unborn opportunity, and have converted those forces into tangible things which make life convenient and more pleasant for people.
If the thing you wish to do is right and you believe in it, go ahead and do it! Put your dream across and never mind what they say. If you meet with temporary defeat, don’t give up, rather press harder for it. A champion is someone who stands up when people know he can’t, be a champion and don’t give in to temporary defeat. Do know that every failure brings with it the seed of an equivalent success.
Thomas Edison dreamed of a lamp that could be operated by electricity, he began where he stood to put his dream into action, despite more than ten thousand failures, he stops by that dream until he made it a physical reality. Practical dreamer never quit!
The Wright brothers dreamed of a machine that could fly through the air. Now one can see all over the world that they dreamed healthily.
Whelan dreamed of a chain of cigar stores, he transforms his dream into action and now the United cigar stores occupy some of the best corners in America.
Helen Keller became deaf, dumb and blind shortly after birth. Despite her greatest misfortune, she never ceases dreaming. She has written her name indelibly in the pages of the history of the great. Her entire life has served as evidence that no one ever is defeated until defeat has been accepted as reality.
Beethoven was deaf, Milton was blind, but their names will last as long as time endures because they dreamed and translate their dreams into practical reality.
All dreamers who succeed in life pass through many heartbreaking and struggles before they arrive. The turning point of all dreamers is when they have been introduced to their other selves.
Some years back, T.D JAKES preached his famous sermon, woman thou art loosed, to a Bible class of forty women in West Virginia. In those days no one had ever heard him, but been a practical dreamer, he remained faithful and believe in his dream and make himself available to God. Last year, he preached that same sermon to millions of people
There is a man called Van Gogh, he sold only one painting in his lifetime. He was an artist and people always say to him he can not go far but he refused to accept defeat. Today his smallest painting brings millions of dollars. Practical dreamers are real hero, they don’t recognize limitation.
Henry Ford dreamed of an affordable vehicle for all Americans, now the world has seen that he dreamed healthily and his name will last as long as time endures because he dreamed and translate his dreams into practical reality.
No dream is too small to be accomplished if the dream is dreamed in a great way. The future only belongs to those who dreamed and organized their dream into a practical reality. Only a great dreamer secure a great future.
Albert Einstein was considered unteachable as a child, his teacher in Munich told him he would never amount to anything, yet he kept believing in his dream and refused to accept failure. Now it is evident that he dreamed greatly.
No dream is too small to chase and no dream is too big to abandon. Until your dreams become great never stop dreaming. And remember, practical dreamers never quit.
Great dreams, Great Vision.
