This is a short profile of Alhaji Adiatu Olaposi
Alhaji Adiatu Olaposi is the Programme Manager of the State of Osun Rural Water and Environmental Sanitation Agency (RUWESA), born on 11th January 1959 at Iwo in Iwo LGA area of the State of Osun in the southern part of Nigeria.
He attended the prestigious Baptist High School, Iwo between 1973 and 1978 where he sat for and passed the WASC Examination with flying colours. The young Adiatu studied Geology at a university known for producing national leaders, University of Port Harcourt between 1980 and 1984. He came atop the class with a Second Class Upper in 1984 and was adjudged the best graduating student in the Department of Geology (1983/84 Academic Year).

Thereafter, he joined the civil service of Oyo State as a Surveyor GRD II under the Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Survey. In 1988, he went to the Federal School of Survey, Oyo State to study Survey. As an astute administrator/civil servant, he sharpened his intellectual prowess with a Diploma Degree in Computer Science at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 1995. This was a rare feat because Computer knowledge within the civil service circle was very uncommon at the time.
