Loneliness is a complex and usually unpleasant emotional response to isolation. Loneliness typically includes anxious feelings about a lack of connection or communication with other beings, both in the present and extending into the future.
Everything about your once-known life has suddenly changed into decay, you feel empty, very vulnerable, and in the world itself. Time passes so slowly that you feel hours like days, welcome a wet pillow every night without knowing what to do, and get out of bed to get up tomorrow and get a brave face.
Loneliness is one of the common emotional phases you’ve been through after a break. This phase can really throw your world into a tornado that is raging in your life. It can ruin the friendship you already have and which leads to severe depression if it is not treated properly.
You do not have to go through a break to experience loneliness, some people feel lonely, even though they have a relationship that they feel is surrounded by other people and their partner is right next to them that no one really understands it and find it very difficult to meet someone.

- Do not feel anxious and sad because you think nobody knows how miserable and just feel
- You lose your ability to be assertive and feel “invisible”
- Refuse to accept a change and do not want to try something new
- The feeling that nothing matters in life and contemplates ending all

Some people try to overcome these excuse by over-drinking alcohol, drugs, and nonsensical data and parties that prolong your recovery because the pain remains unattended and will never disappear until it is completed.
It is better to confront your loneliness and to accept that it is a very strong emulation that you need to give yourself time and space to do when you learn to work well.
